How Can Bill and Christian Help You Buy a Home?
1) Financing
From many years of Experience, Bill and Christian have developed invaluable connections in the Local Market. These connections can ensure Buyers find favorable financing to purchase a home.
2) Search!
Bill and Christian have access to the Multiple Listing Service, a program for Realtors to see active properties ready to be sold. They are experts at searching for homes that fit Buyers’ needs.
3) Conduct a Market Analysis.
After finding a potential home, Bill and Christian may then conduct a Market Analysis, which includes an Estimate of Market Value to help provide an insight as to whether the property is priced correctly.
4) The Fun Part - Showing the Property!
After prospecting for potential properties of interest and conducting a brief estimation of value, Bill or Christian will accompany Buyers to the listed properties.
5) Drafting the Purchase Agreement.
This step is one of the most important parts of Buyer Agency - (Buyer Agency is when a Buyer is represented by an Buyers Agent, instead of buying through the Listing Agent who is working for the Seller). Bill and Christian are experts at drafting a Legally Binding Purchase Agreement that (1) Protects their clients, and (2) Has a very high chance of being accepted by a Seller. In the Purchase Agreement, Bill and Christian are able to take care of many potential issues before they arise.
6) Negotiation.
In this step, Bill and Christian also help to negotiate to ensure your offer is properly presented and that you have the best chance of purchasing the home you want.
7) Closing Details - Taking Care of the Loose Ends.
Most of the work begins after the offer is accepted. Now, all of the details have to be dealt with. Many things have to fall in place for a closing to occur. Bill and Christian conduct the orchestra to ensure all of the players work together to bring the transaction to a successful closing.
