Bill Rasmussen
Bill Rasmussen is a Real Estate Broker with Greenridge Realty of Greenville, MI. He has over 40 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with hundreds of closed transactions. His experience spans multiple facets of the industry including Real Estate Sales, Commercial Property Evaluations, Mortgage Origination, Home Warranty Sales, and Brokerage Ownership and Management. Prior to this he worked in purchasing and engineering at Electrolux in Greenville and in Belding. He now focuses on mainly Residential sales, though his vast experience has enabled him to develop knowledge and skill in many areas of Real Estate, including Commercial Real Estate Sales. Bill's experience and know-how enable him to provide invaluable insight and expertise.
Christian Rasmussen
Christian Rasmussen is a Real Estate Sales Agent and Realtor® with Greenridge Realty out of the Greenville Office. In the past years, he has primarily served as a Transaction Coordinator for his father, Bill Rasmussen. This has enabled him to gain expertise in the West Michigan Real Estate Market. Prior to this, he aided his father informally as Bill conducted Real Estate Sales and Commercial Property Evaluations. At 19, Christian attends the University of Michigan where he is studying Business Administration. He is now a fully licensed and active Realtor with knowledge and experience in the West Michigan Real Estate Market. Apart from Real Estate and attending the University of Michigan, Christian performs Comedy Magic, which he has done for 10 years.
